Information you submit
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, company (if provided), selected service area, and message are saved in the Quālitās CRM. The record also includes a reference, submission time, and the status of the inquiry.
Quālitās uses these details to review your request, contact you, and manage the related business conversation. The form asks for your agreement before submission. Initial inquiries should remain high level; detailed engagement materials should use an agreed channel.
Access and follow-up
The CRM requires staff sign-in and server-side authorization. Authorized staff can update an inquiry, assign a follow-up, record internal notes, export records, or delete a record. Client records are not available through the public website.
Inquiry information remains in the CRM until deleted by the practice team. An automatic retention schedule has not been configured. Contact Quālitās if you would like to discuss, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided.
Site operation
The hosting platform provides application delivery, database storage, and staff authentication. It processes technical requests needed to operate these services. The application keeps temporary, keyed hashes for submission rate limits; raw IP addresses are not written to the CRM database by the application.
No advertising or marketing analytics scripts have been added. The staff sign-in service may use cookies needed for authentication. Form contents and CRM records are not saved to browser local storage by this application.
Client collaboration
The staff CRM manages inquiries and relationships. It does not provide a client login, document repository, or channel for regulated project records. Information-sharing and access arrangements for an engagement should be agreed before detailed materials are exchanged.
